General Questions

Simply visit the free estimate page, or call us to arrange an in-person quote.

No, however we do recommend an in-person quote so you have a 100% accurate price before booking. Any bookings without an in-person quote are subject to prices changing upon arrival if any windows/screens etc have been missed during the initial quote.

We bring all supplies and equipment. This ensures we use the correct supplies and don't cause inadvertent damage to glass, screens or window tint.

Please get in touch with us right away and we'll make arrangements to rectify the situation. We have a satisfaction guarantee that we stand by.

Scheduling Questions

We don't guarantee same-day bookings as we are often fully booked, however, depending on the day, we can attempt to meet your requirements. Same day bookings are subject to an additional surcharge based on the day and notice given up to $50.

It's completely up to you, however we will not be able to clean any interior windows, blinds etc.
If you're not going to be home, please let us know during booking or with a phone call before your appointment.
We will require full payment upon booking if you intend to be away during the clean, this is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment minus a 10% cancellation cost.

Yes, 99.9% of the time. However, we allow a small window due to traffic and weather circumstances. In scenarios where your cleaner will be late, you will be contacted to let you know the ETA.

You are not charged until after the cleaning has been completed unless you arranged to be away during your clean, in which case you will be charged at the time of booking, this is fully refundable if you cancel your appointment minus a 10% cancellation cost. We take payment in cash, check and all card types.

No, you can cancel any appointments or regular service schedules at any time. You don't have to commit to any contracts or pre-determined number of appointments.

Cleaning Questions

We offer a range of services and schedules to suit your needs, including window cleaning, screen cleaning and restoration, blind cleaning, track and sill cleaning, solar panel cleaning and more. If you have any requests feel free to ask and we will do our best to accomodate.

Almost all customers only require one cleaner, however larger jobs may require two or more, all of whom you will meet at the time of booking. If you're on a recurring schedule, we'll do our best to match you with the same people going forward.

Absolutely. The cleaners go through a screening process that includes a background check, reference checks and in-person interviews. We also require significant experience in the window cleaning industry to work with us.
